Meet Our Heroes PENCIL is tall, thin, and yellow. He loves drawing, making plans, and talking—a LOT. He once talked for forty-five minutes straight about the best way to draw a cloud. Nobody asked him to. He is also extremely clumsy. Just last Tuesday he fell off the desk three times, and the desk was not even moving. ERASER is short, pink, and squishy. She is cheerful, brave, and just a little bit crumbly around the edges (she calls it "character"). She is great at fixing mistakes—except for the time she accidentally erased an entire math test and blamed it on the wind. There was no wind. They were indoors. Together, they are the best of friends. Together, they cause an enormous amount of chaos. This book is about some of that chaos.
